Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? Jordan Air + Heat + Plumbing + Electric has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative. This position pays $16-$18 per hour plus bonuses and incentives.

What you will do:

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Communicating effectively and empathetically to understand customers' needs and concerns.
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Resolving customer complaints, issues, and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Identifying and escalating complex or unresolved issues to appropriate departments or supervisors for further assistance.
  • Following up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the company's products, services, and offerings.
  • Keeping up-to-date with changes and updates to products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Recording customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions accurately and thoroughly in the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
  • Striving to provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for every customer interaction.
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards in all customer interactions.
  • Ensuring confidentiality and security of customer information and data in accordance with company policies and regulations

What you bring:

  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Service Titan experience a plus
  • Strong attention to details
  • Conscientious, team player
  • Honesty, integrity, quality craftsmanship and a good attitude
  • May conduct a pre-employment background check and drug test, subject to applicable law

 

Schedule/Hours:

Monday - Friday (with rotating weekends once ever 6-7 weeks)

Training 4 weeks - 8:30 AM - 5 PM

After training, regular hours will be 10 AM - 7 PM

Will have opportunity to move to a 7-3 or 8-4 shift down the road
