Jordan Air + Heat + Plumbing + Electric is looking to add a Dispatcher to our GROWING TEAM!

This role is key for those who like to help others and serve both internal and external customers quickly and efficiently!
Pay Range: $18.00/hr - $23.00/hr plus incentives

What YOU will do:
- Deliver exceptional customer service Work in a team environment
- Manage a dispatch switchboard
- Drive revenue and help meet the market goals
- Scheduling and routing of technicians based on skill set and customer needs
- Work closely with department management on service, sales and installation calls
- Process payments over the phone
- Help others and feel great doing it!
What you need:
- Minimum 2 years Dispatch experience preferred but not required
- Call center customer service skills required
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to prioritize tasks.
- Service Titan experience is a major plus!
Schedule/Hours:
Monday - Friday (with rotating weekends)
Training 4 weeks - 8:30 AM - 5 PM
After training, regular hours will be 7 AM - 4 PM
