What You’ll Do?
- Service, clean, and repair HVAC systems including air handlers, ductwork, vents, and drainage systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues with precision and efficiency.
- Perform emergency repairs and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain compliance with appliance standards and OSHA regulations.
- Document work and repairs using ServiceTitan software.
- Communicate clearly with customers about issues, solutions, and recommended services/products.
What You’ll Need?
- Minimum 2 years of HVAC service experience (3–5+ years preferred)
- Must be 21 years or older
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a drug screen, MVR, and background check
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
- Physical dexterity and ability to work in various environments
