What You’ll Do?

  • Service, clean, and repair HVAC systems including air handlers, ductwork, vents, and drainage systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues with precision and efficiency.
  • Perform emergency repairs and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain compliance with appliance standards and OSHA regulations.
  • Document work and repairs using ServiceTitan software.
  • Communicate clearly with customers about issues, solutions, and recommended services/products.

What You’ll Need?

  • Minimum 2 years of HVAC service experience (3–5+ years preferred)
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass a drug screen, MVR, and background check
  • Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
  • Physical dexterity and ability to work in various environments
